Reimagining A24: A Global Brand Extension
In this project, I developed a strategic brand extension for A24, repositioning it as a globally inclusive storytelling brand. Through market research and audience analysis, I proposed a set of strategies to expand A24’s international presence while preserving its indie identity. These include culturally resonant productions, localized marketing, global community engagement and talent development, all designed to strengthen the brand’s connection with diverse audiences worldwide.
